Chemistry Department

There are two full-time members of staff in this Department under the leadership of Mr Gordon Watson, Principal Teacher. Accommodation comprises of two laboratories with a small staff base linking them.

In S1 and S2 an integrated Science course is offered for 4 periods per week. In S3 and S4 Standard Grade Chemistry is offered for 4 periods per week. In S5 and S6 Higher Still courses at Intermediate 2, Higher and Advanced Higher are offered for 7 periods per week.
