12 years ago today saw the death of 16 primary school children in the town of Dunblane and their teacher at the hands of Thomas Hamilton.  This was shocking and unprecedented in UK. If you could say one good thing came out of this horror it would be the banning  of handguns which means pistols and revolvers. Less guns are getting to criminals because of this ban but this doesn’t rule out gun crime completely.
